My work is often inspired by mythology and folk art, and utilizes natural materials like gourds, antlers, and branches that I collect from the forest around my house. I can usually be found in my home studio, but also occasionally out on the trails or in my kayak. I graduated from West Chester University where I studied Fine Arts.

I am an artist, full-time Dad, and part-time educator living in Lancaster, PA. I studied ceramic sculpture at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and focused on whimsical pieces focusing on the human form. I spent the next 16 years brewing beer, running restaurants and bartending. My illustrations and drawings are all about the beauty of nonsense.

I love seeing my imaginary creatures come to life on paper. I graduated with a degree in Biology from URI in 2019 and decided I would rather make artwork. I use fineliner pens to create weird and whimsical artwork that I color digitally in Photoshop. I don’t drink enough water, so I compensate with plenty of coffee and beer. I was born and raised both in the Philadelphia area as well as York County. I currently live in Yoe with my husband, two kids, and a circus full of pets.

I am a central Pennsylvania native and I am currently living in Harrisburg, PA. My paintings consist of the human figure surrounded in an abstract environment of patterns and bold colors. I find inspiration from my surroundings, traditional and cultural textiles, and art history.

I started out as a Graphic Designer and then earned a Masters in Art Education. I’ve been teaching art in Lancaster city for 32 years. Students influencing the art scene around Lancaster city. I found a notebook full of monster drawings that my son, Charlie, drew when he was in kindergarten.

Kiernan Lackney is a digital artist who finds a juxtaposition in subject matters to draw out the absurdity and is currently based out of Boston. “If art is supposed to evoke an emotion, I’d rather have it be a humorous-joyful emotion. The fact that we are on a tiny fragile blue marble, being hurled around a gigantic burning gas ball, in an ever expanding universe and my monkey butt wants to make things look pretty, is pretty absurd”.
The Brewery
He has participated in numerous shows throughout the U.S. Bob isn’t an artist that paints for the people, he paints for himself. I have degrees in criminal justice, social science and organizational leadership from universities in Maine and California. In 2017, I made some major life changes and began spending more time outside. I purchased my first “real” camera and discovered a world of marvelous little creatures that I love photographing. After 3 decades in the non-profit world, I know manage an art gallery in Lancaster and reside on a farm in Manheim with eight Scottish Highland cows, two parakeets and a scurry of chipmunks.

I work mainly with pen and pencil because those are the first things I picked up on as a kid. I have no secondary education experience but only what I've learned over the years. I specialize in hyperrealism, my subject often being exotic animals but I also enjoy working in color and completing abstract pieces as a way of doing artwork that is more relaxing and creative. As far as drinking goes, I’m considerably less experienced but I know what I like and I'm happy I can be a part of working with Spring House Brewing Co. I’m a designer and manager at a screen printing shop in Wilkes-Barre PA, along with my Boston Terrier, Olive, who works as a professional greeter.
Bar Rescue invested a ton of money into the bar, as it’s supposedly the most expensive Bar Rescue renovation of all time. I am a Senior in Illustration at Pennsylvania College of Art and Design who lives and works out of Lancaster, PA. I have an interest in the weird and creepy but as far as drawing goes I create whatever comes to mind. When not drawing, I can be found befriending stray cats and collecting insects.
Jeff Bertrand is brand new to the Pittsburgh, PA, art scene. He transplanted from Nashville, TN, where he helped cultivate an art scene, introduced the free art movement and hosted or curated many lowbrow and outsider art showcases. Jeff is well known in the dark art and oddities circuit where he does conventions with oddities expo and oddities market around the country. Jeff makes spooky art that has a comical undertone.

And the beer system was idiot proof, the draft beer system — Smart Brew, it’s called. That was just for the draft beer system – I imagine the overall renovation cost more than that, especially because of how big the bar was. The complaints range from the food to the service to the atmosphere…pretty much everything about the bar.

The bar is also more self-sustaining, which means that Richard doesn’t have to pull money from his family’s business. Neil Witte is also brought in to help the bar because he is a draft beer expert. Jon returns the next day and says he needs Richard to show more confidence before he will help rescue the bar. The rest of the family wants to sell the bar, but Richard won’t.
